Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. All appointments altered within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. All appointments altered within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. There will be no exceptions made to this policy.

No Show Policy

Any client who fails to contact us to cancel 24 hours before their appointment, or arrives more than 15 minutes late to an appointment will be considered a no show and charged the full service fee. There will be no exceptions made to this policy.

Satisfaction Guarantee

It’s very important to us that your love your hair! We do not allow refunds on services, but let us know within 48 hours of your appointment if there are any adjustments that need to be made and we are happy to provide an adjustment appointment free of charge.

Returns/Refunds on Products.

We do not allow returns or refunds on products purchased.

Children

Children are allowed in the salon if they are not receiving a service, as long as they are attended at all times by their guardian.
